Our Cedar House project was selected as the winner of the Residential category of the 2020 Guernsey Design Awards.  We are delighted to receive the award along with our clients and Wells Construction.

Cedar House - shortlisted

Havelet Waters - shortlisted

Debbie Joyce worked as Project Architect on the Havelet Waters residential development, obtaining planning permission for the redevelopment of the former brewery site while working at BASMooarc Ltd.  This included 3D modelling of the proposed scheme (right).  The construction architect was Lovell Ozanne and Partners.

 

The scheme has been shortlised in the Multiple Residential Development category of the awards.

 

 

January 2017

We were delighted to obtain planning consent for a new two bedroom property on an infil site close to the local centre of St Sampsons.   

Within the same month we also obtained permission for a new dwelling in place of a single storey garage within a residential road in St Sampsons.  

The simple and contemporary design features a light and airy first floor living area with a bedroom at ground floor level opening onto a private courtyard.

October 2016

We have just recieved Planning permission for 11 self catering holiday chalets, the land is currently occupied by derelict glasshouses.

January 2016

 

Planning permission has now been granted for this contemporary boathouse, the

design will feature a large workshop and sail loft studio.  

 

 

August 2015

We've been receiving great feedback on the Salerie Inn, the residential development is nearing completion with two apartments having been sold already.

We're very excited to have won planning permission for a new 3 bedroom house in St Martins.  The house will incorporate an existing granite barn into its footprint, creating a double height living space with mezzanine level.  This will be combined with a timber framed single storey structure offering high levels of insulation and wonderfully light accommodation, with an open aspect over the neighbouring fields.

We've now received planning permission to construct a new playroom, office and bedroom balcony extension at this family home in Castel.

23 April 2014

 

We're excited to see that work has started on a fabulous extension at this family house in St Martins.  The project involves the addition of a spacious garden room with roof lantern and extensive glazing, the bathrooms and kitchen are also being remodelled and external works to the entrance and garden are planned.

6th March 2014

 

Work is progressing well at La Salerie Inn, a residential development of 12 apartments.  The second floor is now taking shape.

16th September 2013

 

Planning permission has just been achieved for this superb family home at Bordeaux, Guernsey.  The house features a large open plan kitchen/diner opening onto a sunny private garden while the front living spaces and bedrooms enjoy views across the harbour.
