Cedar House

This replacement dwelling was constructed on the footprint of an existing chalet and the ruins of an old barn, the granite structure was reconstructed and incorporated into the design. The two storey cedar clad dwelling provides an open plan living space and bedroom at ground floor level and a spacious master suite with rural views on the first floor.

La Salerie Inn

Salerie Corner forms a key landmark on the approach to St Peter Port from the north. The development, which comprises 12 apartments sits in a prominent location on the sea front and offers views across Belle Greve Bay and to the harbour. The street comprises a mix of modest cottages and larger terraced properties. The design reflects the mix of heights and building styles in the area and maximises views through large glazed windows opening up to private terraces.

Alterations at La Croute

This project started with a modest brief to open up the dining room to receive more light and to re-design the existing porch. No floor area was added to the already spacious bungalow, but the roof was re-modelled to make a dramatic change to the kitchen and dining room, which now forms the main social space of the house.
